Adam is an actor, songwriter and singer from Indianapolis and he got under the spotlight trough Americal Idol where he performed amazingly songs from Michael Jackson, Queen, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, ecc.

I watched this movie yesterday and I liked it! Maybe because there is a love story with a happy ending ;) and maybe because the message of the movie is kinda "Carpe Diem", don't repress feelings but express yourself, if you like/love someone SAY IT!

It make me kinda think about love and the present life we're living. In the movie there are some scenes where emotions are very intense but does this happen in REAL LIFE?! Are we blinded from this chaotic lifestyle that we can't see love anymore?
I think that sincerity became too rare in this world and so we're hiding our heart from everybody that comes too close... a natural reaction I guess if you've been hurt before.

Let's get healthy!!! It's summer, it's hot and we drink a lot so we should keep an eye on what we're drinking. Here some recommandations:

Skinny Sipping: Drink Pounds Away

Many of us watch what we eat but not what we drink when on a diet. That's a mistake. The average American gets a fifth of daily calories from beverages. Choosing the right drinks can tweak your metabolism, curb your appetite, and reduce your total calorie count. Which drinks are spoilers and which are helpers on the path to weight loss?

Spoiler: Soda

Every time you chug a bottle of soda, you're consuming hundreds of empty calories. According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest, carbonated soft drinks are the single biggest source of calories in the American diet. Switching to diet soft drinks is an obvious way to cut calories, but it's unclear whether this switch results in weight loss. In some people, diet soda may increase their sweet tooth.

Helper: Water

Replacing carbonated soft drinks with water will cut hundreds of calories per day, and the benefits don't stop there. Drinking two glasses of water before a meal may encourage the stomach to feel full more quickly, so you don't eat as much. In addition, new research suggests drinking plenty of water may have a positive effect on your metabolism.

Jury's Out: Fruit Juice

Juice can have as many calories as soda, but it has far more to offer in the way of nutrients. This presents a dilemma -- you want the vitamins and antioxidants without all the extra sugar. The safest bet: Look for 100% fruit juice. Steer clear of juice drinks that have added sweeteners. Look for the percent of real juice, noted on the nutritional label. You can also slash calories by drinking water with a tiny bit of juice added.

Helper: Vegetable Juice

Vegetable juice is every bit as nutritious as fruit juice with about half the calories. A 12-ounce serving of tomato juice has 80 calories, compared to 160 calories for orange juice. Vegetable juice with pulp is also high in fiber and can help control hunger.

Jury's Out: Smoothies

Blend a banana, strawberries, and blueberries into a frothy smoothie, and you've got a delicious arsenal of disease-fighting vitamins and minerals. The homemade variety is best when you're counting calories, because you can control the ingredients -- skim milk and fresh fruit are all you need. Restaurant smoothies may contain ice cream, honey, or other sweeteners that boost the calorie count sky-high.

Jury's Out: Low-Fat Milk

Consuming calcium-rich foods may do a body good, but calcium probably won't help you lose weight, new research now reveals. Some earlier studies suggested calcium may prompt the body to burn more fat, but there's little evidence to support these claims. Depriving the body of calcium, on the other hand, has been show to trigger an increase in the production of fat cells. To get the benefits of calcium without consuming extra fat, stick to skim or low-fat milk, yogurt, and cheese.

Spoiler: Energy Drinks

Sports and energy drinks are calorie bombs like soda. They may have more added nutrients, but you can find the same vitamins and minerals in low-calorie foods. People who are serious about losing weight should stay hydrated with water rather than sports drinks.

Helper: Black Coffee

When you need a shot of caffeine, coffee is a better choice than soda or energy drinks. Black coffee is calorie-free and rich in antioxidants. Studies have shown that consuming moderate amounts of coffee (about 3 to 4 cups a day) may improve mood and concentration, and reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and several types of cancer.

Spoiler: Fancy Coffee

Once you add heavy cream, flavored syrups, and/or a snowcap of whipped cream, that innocent mug of black coffee becomes a minefield of fat and sugar. Specialty coffees can contain up to 570 calories per cup -- possibly more than an entire meal! If you don't like your coffee black, add a little skim milk and artificial sweetener to keep the calorie count low.

Helper: Green Tea

Green tea is another excellent choice when you're looking for a little caffeine. Not only is it calorie-free, some research suggests green tea extract may stimulate weight loss through the action of phytochemicals. These are plant-based compounds that may temporarily cause the body to burn more calories and melt fat. The benefit appears to last only a few hours, so it may help to drink green tea at least twice a day.

Spoiler: Wine Coolers

Wine coolers may sound light and airy, but they are heavy on calories. A 12-ounce wine cooler can have 190 calories and 22 grams of carbs. Regular wine is not much better with at least 100 calories in a 5-ounce glass. A low-calorie alternative is a wine spritzer: mix a dash of wine with some sparkling water.

Spoiler: Cocktails

A shot of hard liquor has fewer calories than wine or wine coolers, but once you mix in soda or cream, watch out… An 8-ounce white Russian made with light cream has 715 calories. A less fattening option is to mix rum or vodka with diet soda.

Helper: Light Beer

OK, beer is not really going to help you lose weight. But if you're out with friends and want to share a pitcher, light beer is the way to go. A serving has 100 calories, compared to 150 calories for regular beer.

Fiat 500... the beginning!

Today I drove to Stuttgart (Germany) to buy an old Fiat 500 with my bro.
This will be the beginning of a project, a remake and tuning of this beautiful vintage car.

The frame of the vehicle is quite good and even the motor. It started at the first try and I made the inauguration with a quick rally in the fields... amazing!!!

Of course we'll have to do everything, from frame to motor, cables, windows, paint, wheels and so on... Exiting!

I can't wait... here some pics fron the "status quo" ;)

Does Circumcision Prevent AIDS?

HONESTLY, after reading some of this articles my opinion is still the same:

CIRCUMCISION DOESN'T PREVENT AIDS! (but this is only MY opinion)
and for all the other infections that are more common in not circumcised males I can just say that hygenic is everything.

Over 80% of males worldwide are uncircumcised, and in Europe alone this practice is seldom used. Now, call me a skeptic, but surely if circumcision was as effective as the article suggets, the infection rate would be higher in Europe than in the US. As it happens, the reverse is true. Take Spain for example. Spain has a 98% uncircumcised rate, and less than 1% of the population are recorded with HIV, with a presumed 1.3%-1.5% total. Coincidence? ...read more here!

Noisy, crowded place...
sitting in the last row of the airplane,
waiting...
I'm lost in my thinkings and stare into the air when a big, all in violet dressed woman walk by to get to the toilet.
She was such eye-catching dressed that I followed her with my eyes while she was passing by.
Once this "fata morgana" disappeared into the toilet I had the full view at the row lined up with mine... And there it was... bright and shiny, sincere and soo sexy...
silence in my mind... that smile directed to me.
OMG, do not blush now! Quickly smiled back, turned my head, trying to find something to do...

This weekend some of my friends and I went to the skicenter Latemar to have some fun.

Booze, sled and snowboard were the tools of this weekend! I had my first snowboard lesson today and all my body feels quite sore... =) but it was good!

On the 19th of december we had the company xmas dinner. We went to a fabulous 5 star hotel where we had the possibility to stay over the night (in case we get trashed). And it was kinda helpful consider the amount of prosecco, white and red wine and all kind of spirits and liquores after dinner we had =)

We ate and drank all night long and between the 60 workcolleges that came toghether from the different regions of our country we had lots of fun!

And there was of course a good amout of gossip to share after. =))

Bellissima giornata oggi trascorsa a Pietralba. É caduto piú di un metro di neve, tutto é ricoperto da una coperta candida che luccica come diamanti alla luce del sole. La giornata era stupenda, limpida.
In veritá quando abbiamo raggiunto in macchina il monastero di Pietralba ero ancora per metá sonnambulo visto che avevo dormito solo quattro ore. In piú avevo dormito male perché il giorno prima ho fatto un volo con lo skateboard andando a 30 all'ora e cosi sentivo dolori quá e lá... =)
Quando scesi dalla macchina un'ondata di freschezza e aria sottile mi sveglió all'improvviso e mi ritrovai davanti questo incredibile panorama che la natura innevata mi offriva. Lo definirei come "picturesque", in pratica era come stare dentro ad una cartolina postale.

Infatti mi sono svegliato subito!!! :))

Dopo la messa la mia famiglia ed io siamo andati a pranzare in un ristorante della zona. Tagiatelle al salmone, steak al pepe verde e gelato con lamponi caldi... mi sentivo un ré!

Passeggiando tra le casette del paesino di montagna abbiamo trovato anche un nostro parente! (o cosí l'ha nominato mio zio)

Un asinello... Mia zia giá voleva torturarlo di carezze e bacetti da tanto carino che era e lui che non fece una mossa pensando (secondo me) "che cretini sti umani".

É stata una giornata rilassante e veramente bella tra le montagne innevate, la famiglia e le risate tra una battuta spinta e qualche gossip locale.

It happend that I was blessed by the opportunity to make a photoshoot. A new experience and I liked it very much. Andy (the photographer and friend of mine) snapped about 300 pictures and Sojen (spontaneous visagist, also a friend of mine) styled my hair and painted my eyes... I felt famous and it was goood! =))

Different ways, different people, different way to think...

It's amazing how different we all are, amazing how many things we don't know and how many we have still to learn!

Some people think they know everything about life and some are happy the way it is and don't care to know more.

I'm always interested to learn something new, from different scenes and situations. I often find myself analyzing people, their eyes, their expression when they talk, the moves they make... incredible what you can discover about a person.
But it is scary too when I see the tiny amount of people that are "open minded", that try to understand other people and their feelings.
And I think the others live a happy life because in some way they don't care or it's just because thats the way they know life they act so careless.

We should all try to live in a more social way, to understand and respect the ones around us because life is wonderful when you have respect and peace around you, don't you think?!

I live on a little farm in the north of Italy with my parents, my sister and my brother.

My sister is married and has two children.
My brother is a crazy genius and lives there with his slovac girlfriend.
My father is a Fireman on retirement and looks after the farm with my mum (she is THE housewife).
I've a lovely family, a bit like " My Big Fat Greek Wedding" (if you remember the film), when the whole family meets up it gets a mess, but it's really funny though!

Me... I'm an easy-going person, I like spending time with family and friends, I LOVE travelling and meet new people and I LOVE LIFE!

Hi everybody!

"Screech box" means "mouth"

For me it rappresents mostly a symbol for comunication. But think about it, it's not just that... screech box can be so much more! You can combine eating, talking, lauthing and last but not least KISSING! =)

So this will be a 360° blog where I'd like to write a bit of everything and I hope that I'll meet a lot of interesting people with interesting topics and lifestories!
